Diflucan (Fluconazole) is an azole antifungal used to treat or prevent certain fungal infections called candidiasis (thrush or yeast infections). These include vaginal infections, throat infections, and fungal infections elsewhere in the body, such as infections of the urinary tract, peritonitis and pneumonia. Diflucan is also prescribed to guard against candidiasis in some people receiving bone marrow transplants, and is used to treat meningitis. In addition, Diflucan is now being prescribed for fungal infections in kidney and liver transplant patients.

Estradiol is an estrogen hormone used to provide female hormone when the body no longer produces enough. Estradiol is used to help reduce menopause symptoms (e.g., hot flashes, vaginal dryness), to prevent bone loss (osteoporosis) in people at high risk, and to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor. If you are only being treated for vaginal menopause symptoms, products applied locally such as vaginal creams, tablets, or rings should be considered before products taken by mouth or absorbed through the skin. There are several medicines (e.g., raloxifene or bisphosphonates) that are safe and effective to prevent or treat bone loss. These medicines should be considered for use before estrogen therapy.

Naprosyn is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain and swelling (inflammation). Naprosyn is also used to treat headaches, muscle aches, backaches, tendonitis, bursitis, dental pain, menstrual cramps, arthritis, or gout. Naprosyn may be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor. Naprosyn works by blocking the enzyme in your body that makes prostaglandins. Decreasing prostaglandins helps to reduce pain and swelling.

Seasonale (ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel) is an extended-cycle oral contraceptive pill containing a progestin and an estrogen that lets you have just 4 periods a year. Seasonale tablets are indicated for the prevention of pregnancy, and used daily as a birth control pill
